Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The print head is the part that holds all the ink in the printer. To replace it remove all the ink cartridges them once they are out lift the print head out. When the print head is out put the new one in then reinstall the ink and do a print head aliment. Manual on the link below if you do not have it. Under maintenance will tell you how to align the print head.
