How do I put together the filter, housing and spray are together?

I would do an online search for an exploded parts diagram or check Ebay, etc for pics from someone wanting to sell the item.

Your situation must be the reason many folks (not you and I !) take photos of their work!

Best wishes.

Jenn air. Quiet seriesii won't start. Lights on panel flashing. Tried turning off power for fifteen minutes at breaker.

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
Thermal Fuse If the dishwasher won't start the thermal fuse might have blown. The thermal fuse helps to prevent damage to the dishwasher by turning off power so that it doesn't overheat. Once blown, the thermal fuse will have to be replaced for the dishwasher to work.

Door Switch The door switch, or switches, are sometimes called interlock switches. The door switch prevents the dishwasher from running while the door is open. If the dishwasher won't start, the switch or switches might be defective. To access the door switches, remove the control panel or inside door panel - depending on the model. They can be tested for continuity.

Main Control Board The main control board provides power to nearly every component of the dishwasher. If the dishwasher won't start the main control board might be defective. YOU should first check for more common parts. Many times control boards are replaced unnecessarily because the problem was not diagnosed properly.

Touchpad and Control Panel If the touchpad is defective, the control board might not get the signal for the selections made. If the dishwasher won't start and the display doesn't seem to change properly when the buttons are pressed, the touchpad might need to be replaced. On some models the touchpad and control panel are sold together and will need to be replaced at the same time.

Touchpad If the touchpad is defective, the control board might not get the signal for the selections made. If the dishwasher won't start and the display doesn't seem to change properly when the buttons are pressed, the touchpad might need to be replaced.

Timer The timer allows power to flow to the proper parts at the proper times. If the dishwasher won't start, the timer might be defective. Keep in mind that timers are often misdiagnosed as the cause of a problem. Check other components first before replacing the timer.

Before replacing motor check that the relay (2) is operating and is providing power to the motor.

The link is the manual for the washer. Check the wiring diagram at the later section page 62

Hope this helps?

My dishwasher sparks from the dial when the glass cycle starts and trips the breaker.Do I need to replace the whole dial mechanism?

Most likely yes you do.

You can try looking at it. Sometime corrosion will result in problems. If it has sparked it will have damage.

Remove the control panel (held with screws around the face plate). Remove the timer.

If you can open the timer (usually a screw holds it together) look insides for obvious damage and corrosion. Clean with sandpaper or scraper. Use some dielectric grease on the connections if you have some. Not critical.Check it aligns properly and turns.

Give is a try.

If no go then yes you do need to replace.

Note: do not keep running it like this. You can cause a major issue if the control panel goes "live" as a result of a broken connection.

Hope this helps. Please rate this solution.

Thanks

Indesit DG6100W problem...please help!

Hi, I have the same dishwasher and it fills from the cold supply, not the hot and it doesn't have a cold cycle as is previously suggested, as you will know kellyemb :-)

The Indesit DG6100W does a fill from the cold and heats as it washes, so if it's sticking part way through, it could be the heating element. Have you tried opening the door when it sticks and seeing if the water is hot? The heating element went on ours and it kept tripping the electric whenever the it tried to start to heat the cold water. If it is the element, they don't cost much to replace, even cheaper if you know someone who can fit it for you! Ours cost us around £12 and hubby fitted.

The only other thing I can think of is it might be the timer, like someone has suggested but how to reset it, I have no idea. I have seen on another website that a replacement timer is around £55 plus VAT, which is a little expensive.

Hope you get it fixed.

Westinghouse sb915 will not heat element shows 25 ohms when tested.

Westinghouse SB907 had same problem, which I had thought might be the heating element. Fixed relay soldering on PCB where it was burnt/melted, now works! This probably applies to the Westinghouse SB925 also.
