Before you can unlock the phone so that it can work with other networks, there are some things you might need to know.
1. The phone might not work to the best of your satisfaction after unlocking. Note that, I said might not work. This is because there might be frequent loss of network and failure to detect new sim card sometimes.
If you plan to go ahead with the unlocking, There are two major ways by which it can be done.
First of all, you can go to a local phone repairer and ask him to help you unlock the phone. he would unlock the phone using a computer and it is usually not very expensive to do.
On the other hand, you might want to go online to certain websites that help you get the unlock code for your phone for a small fee which is paid through the use of a credit card.
