HOW DO I FIND A WORX WG303E REPLACEMENT CHAINSAW DRIVE SPROCKET/INNER GEAR

My first thought is the phone book yellow pages under saws to find a dealer. You could also try to use Google using the make and model of the saw in the search box.

18" chain keeps slipping while trying to cut oleanders, Is there some way to make the chain more stable?

You need to adjust your bar & chain tension as described in your user manual. Here is the location if you have misplaced: https://images.worx.com/en-us/manuals/WG300%20WG303%20WG304.pdf.

Basically you will take the "large knob" cover off, tighten the bar tension and put the cover back on. This will provide you with additional adjustment tension as needed.

Just bought wg303.1 plugged in would not start no instruction manual must add chain to start?

Most electric saws will have a saftey cut out micro switch for the chain brake, pull the hand guard fully back toward the rear of the saw to make sure the brake is completly off, now try again.

Chainsaw blade will not turn?

If the saw is running and the chain doesn't turn, chances are you tripped the kick safety (the guard in front of the top handle) Push that guard back towards the handle firmly until it clicks. It should work now. The other possibility is if you just changed the chain that the safety isn't correctly engaged with the guard.
