There is no home button on the AT&T Pantech Renue... So there is no way to master reset it.. someone email me.. Im having issues.. My little sister put a lock on the Reset option and she dont remember the password and I dont know the password. My email is email@example.com

I wish i could help you but i just have one thing to say. DONT PUT NUMBERS IN. I did that with the Pantech Matrix. I had to get a new sim card. WAIT I JUST REMEMBERED call your provider (ATT, Verizon)ask what for a puk code for your phone.
