Question about Cell Phones
Yes this is a common problem as there is a glitch on the battery size.Usually what i advice people to do is get a piece of paper and fold to side and use to support the battery this makes it tighter and lose contact less. This is supposed to be a temporart fix pending when LG makes a better battery for the device.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Tips for a great answer:
You may have to take it into a cell phone store to have it unlocked. I had to do that with one of mine.
