Question about Averatec 3200 Series Notebook
I put in the recovery disks that came with my Averatec 3200 laptop (which I have used once before with great success) and the first one will run for about 10 minutes, then when it's at 25%, it stops reading the CD and says, "Recovery Failed! Your system will now reboot," but there's nothing to reboot to, just a black screen. I can reinstall Windows XP with the CD from my desktop, but the recovery disks won't work. Am I missing a driver or something???
What is the link for the drivers?

This happened to me as well, had to get a normal windows xp cd and then install the default drivers (which i had to search for hours for). good luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
