Question about Cell Phones
Regarding your phone memory you can go to SETTINGS and choose RESET factory settings for that.
as for your sd card memory, access it on your phone and choose delete all files. or if you can connect your phone to your computer, by a usb cable connector, go to "my computer" look if it has already read your memory card there, open it, and delete all the files.
