You're right. usually the problem with flex phones is like that. you cannot fix that yourself. you need to go to a service center to help you with that. and i'd suggest that if in the near future, you'd like to purchase a new phone? just dont go for flex phone.. unless you are really really careful. but if you are a person who's always on the go, choose another celphone brand/ type that is heavy duty/ shock proof will do.
