Question about Computers & Internet
Please make sure that the connection is detected by your computer..go to the settings of your computer (where you adjust the screen resolution) and check if a 2nd monitor is detected (do this first before assigning the TV as your primary monitor just to ensure the connection).
If it's detected make sure that the resolution that you set is supported by the TV.
Hope this helps!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
