My razor will not send or recieve picture messages?

Attempt to access the internet.

If you are unable to access the internet, it is an issue with internet access. If you are able to access the internet, it is an issue with the picture message settings internally with your service provider.

The internet is necessary for a picture message because the picture is an attachment on the text message. The attachment/picture is downloaded via the internet and without the internet, it cannot be downloaded.

Regardless of whether the phone can access the internet, it will need to be troubleshot by a member of the technical support for your phone company. Contact them at your earliest convenience to have this issue fully resolved.

I am tying to send my pictures, and i dont have a 4-8 character or digit password to access my online picture mail account

This is a piece of cake.

Visit this url:
http://pictures.sprintpcs.com/publiclogin.do

Click the "Log in" tab, then access "forgot my password". You will be redirected to another url, which will inquire your cell phone number. After entering this number click on "send password" tab at the bottom.

This service will automatically send you a text message of your picture-mail password, so that you can access picture-mail service.

Thanks so much!

I am trying to pull up pictures to order and the website is so slow. I tried pulling up other websites and the computer worked fine. Could I have to many pictures in my file?

the situation is not with your computer it is with the websight. if your trying to get access to a picture database you need to be patient. the pictures do load up slow and the server might have a slow access point. the normal size for a picture is about 4 mb to 400 mb depending on the quallity og the picture. so be patient.
