Lost my manual for Verizon LG cell phone. How do I tell which LG model I have? The outside simply says LG.

    I certainly appreciate your prompt response, and that helps my fellings, but none of the pictures are like my phone. Could the exact number be searched in the phone itself? If so how?

Download pics from verizon lg phone to computer
Go to your LG's menu, and select "Connectivity" (I'm assuming here that LG uses a uniform menu across several phones).

Select "USB Connection"

Select "Mass Storage"

Now simply connect your LG to your PC via a USB cable, and both your phone memory and memory card will be recognized by your PC as removable drives. Browse through to copy, cut and paste your files.

My lg voyager has lines comin up from the bottom
if the outside screen is not cracked and its just the internal lcd take it into a Verizon store and they should swap it out under warranty, otherwise if they will not do it send to LG and they will replace. Don't tell them you dropped it at the Verizon store tell them it was in your pocket and something must have pushed against it

Why not simply call Verizon or stop by a Verizon store and let them fix it for you. You can't format a phone that I know of, just the memory chip in it.
