Your PC has been taken over by viruses as you fear. You have to get a good and reliable antivirus program, some websiyes offer these softwares which you could purchase online.
Then perform a thorough system scan after installing the antivirus.
For the audio, check from the device manager that you audio drivers are installed.
If not, if you have the recovery software, install the audio drivers from it. Other wise, you would have to download them online.
If installing the new antivirus still does not help the system's misbehaviour, then, back up your files and format the system.
