Where can I get an owners manual for a troybilt bronco tiller? I think the tiller is 5/6 years old

You should ask the people you bought it from, but if you can't find them you can look around on the 'net to find other people with the same machine.

It sounds like a problem with the drive pulley on the engine to me. Maybe the key is striped.

I have a Troy Bilt Bronco 5.5 hp that will start and run about 5 mins then cut off the it will restart for like 2 seconds. It's got new plug and clean gas, it's also only about 3 yrs old. Any ideas

Sounds like fuel starvation

Check / remove carby / strip down / check for blocked jets for contamination.

Check spark is present.

Is correct heat range

Changing Drive belt On Troy Built Tiller

You have to remove the engine (4 bolts, no big problem), then remove the bolt in the center of the pulleys, then remove the pulleys. Slip the belt(s) (2 if you have the Super Bronco model) onto the pulleys, re-attach the pulleys with the bolt, re-mount the engine, and you're home free.

Tiller starts then stalls

The air filter should be replaced. Also remove the old gas and put in new from the gas station. Finally, if you didn't change the spark plug from last seaon, do so as it is a small amount of cash for a lot of easy starts.

I just purchased a troy bilt bronco crt tiller. Put oil and gasoline in. Pulled the cord. It started. Ran maybe 15 or 20 seconds and stopped. When I tried to start it again, the cord would not...

remove the spark plug.  And pull the cord again.  if the carb float is stuck down or you overfilled the oil you could be hydro-locking the engine.  Check.
