Finish Pro 32 is Leaking air out of the exhaust cap

You have worn or broked o-rings/seals inside the gun. The Finish Pro 32 is one of Senco's older guns and they no longer offer a repair kit for this gun. You have to go to a site like or, find a breakdown of your gun and order each part you need. If you are going to rebuild the gun order all the o-rings/seals (Senco parts that start with LB) and any other parts that may be damaged like the piston stop, springs, etc. Lubricate the o-rings with light grease as you put them in and make sure to oil the gun regularly when you are using it to make your work last.

Air leak on framing gun

You can repair this gun. Parts and breakdown are at look for service /parts and enter your model number. There you will the parts available for purchase. You will need the tva11 trigger valve. Easy to install. Remove roll pins that hold trigger and trigger valve. Remove the trigger to expose the tva11 valve. With the roll pin/s removed that hold the trigger valve you will be connecting air supply. Use heavy glove to catch valve as you apply air pressure. You may reduce pressure to airline to reduce pop-out force. Before you install the new valve check port for sharp edges and debris. Good luck with your repair.

NV65ah Hitachi nail gun "how do you remove the trigger piston"??

If you do not have a breakdown of the gun go here and select brand, then select coil nailer, finally look for your model number. With breakdown, find parts labeled 51 thru 54. The trigger pin (#53) and the retaining ring (#21) hold the trigger. Remove these then remove the trigger. Find several #51 roll pins on the gun and punch out the uppermost pin where the trigger valve is located (3mm size). The uppermost rollpin holds the trigger valve in-place. After you have removed the rollpin/s connect air supply to pop-out the trigger valve. Caution, use a heavy glove (or reduce pressure) to catch valve as it can come out with force. When incerting the rebuilt valve, use caution not to cut new orings as the valve is pushed in. Good luck and email if you have more questions.
