Hi, I had problem like it.One day , Some water was poured on my laptop keys and after that I noticed that my keys(some of keys such as 7,b,n,4 ,etc ) didn't work properly. I googled it in web and i couldn't find appropriate solution.
Today i poured some water on my keys suddenly again. after restarting my laptop. I found it work properly. i think that it will be useful for you.

On most laptops there is a function key that will lock the keyboard.
You would need to pres the [Fn] key and the appropriate [F#] key. In mine the combination
would be [Fn+F1] keys. If you shut down to re-activate the keyboard you will loose whatever you are working on.
