Question about Cell Phones
Welcome to FixYa!
It is most likely that you have a sticky keypad or the metal switch pad underneath the keypad of the power button is broken.
What you can do is to clean the inside of the keypad and check if there are broken metal switch pad underneath the key pad that results to sticky keys. You will need a special cell phone star screw driver to open the front panel of a samsung which will expose the key pad and the switch pad underneath. Unscrew all the screws at the back of your samsung phone and gently lift the front cover.
It is also possible that the problem might be in the software installed on your samsung. In this case, you will need to bring it to a repair center since it requires special software for re-installation and a hardware. Samsung cell phones cannot be re-installed through a USB plug and play.
