First make sure that you are paired with the other device. To pair with another mobile phone (or laptop etc.) go to Menu-Ctr.Panel-Connectivity-Bluetooth. Then click the right arrow to open the tab "paired devices". Once you've entered this tab, select Options and click "New paired device". Select "More devices" to search for connectivity. Once the other device is visible select it and enter a code (eg. 1234). The user of the other device will then be instructed to input the code (as per example, 1234). Once the devices are paired, select the file (image, video, etc.) and choose send via bluetooth.
Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
