Question about Acer Value V551 (White) 15" CRT Monitor
Sounds like some of the components inside the monitor are becoming defective...the fact that you said some times you get a screen for a while then it goes away indicates a component is changing value when power is applied and shutting down the monitor...probably a capacitor in the power supply...best bet is to get a new monitor, as service rates would exceed the cost of a new or used one
