PUK ( personal user key) is only available fro your service provider
call them on another phone , provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you
if you try entering the wrong pin number more than 3-5 times , it activates the PUK code
always use a pin code otherwise if you put the phone down or loose it , you could get a phone account well into the thousands
with the new phone , download the user manual and/or go to the shop where you bought it and have the simple operations like pin number installation, answering calls etc explained to you
You can get the PUK code from your network service provider. Call their customer care number from another phone having the same service provider to get the PUK. You'll be asked some routine identifying questions.
