The memory chip inside your stick has failed, the stick is dead. Junk this and get a new one.

It sounds like your USB stick has died on you. Unfortunately USB drives are not very durable and these things happen, I've been through at least a dozen now! Try it in another computer and see if it works there. If it does then try updating the USB drivers on your PC.

have you tried a different usb port. sometimes the usb port remembers and just says that didnt work last time so no it doesnt work. inserting it into another port will make the pc treat it as a new device. if that doesnt work try accessing it thru the command prompt usually it will be e drive
so go to the run bar in your start menu and type command then press enter the command window should open now just try to access it , type e:\ if it is there it will change to it then type format. just be careful that you are not in c:\ when you type format c:\ has windows and all your stuff on it. hope that helps.

If you're in a hurry, save to disk or USB memory stick, and dash to Kinkos / Staples / Business Depot or any other copy center, to get it printed out.

If you've got time otherwise, shut printer off, then on, and try and print a test page using the buttons on the printer.

If successful, then proceed to the PC. Shut down, reboot, and check the printer status. If good, try to reprint.

USB Memory stick

Yep, if it does not open on any computer the disk format is gone. There are companies that do data recovery like this one:

Data Recovery for USB flash drives and portable data storage devices

They are expensive, and they do not guarantee success, but if the files were important you can try.
