DELL INSPIRON n5010 4gb ram 500gb hdd Core i3 processor. I bought one laptop recently but it doesnt support any graphics .. Very poor performance ... no support they dnt respond properly for the issues.. Dell people drag long time... to do some sort of support. shivappa i suggest you not to go for Dell with the best performance you can go for Lenova laptop... it gives good life...

Try downloading the latest video driver.
You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site,the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. What drivers do i need to re-install for my usb ports


The usb ports don't need drivers to work in basic mode. Sounds like the supply to them has failed. Try and get your laptop replaced and remember the last usb device that you plugged in. don't use it again. It was probably faulty.

Upgrade proccessor


Dear Justin,

The Latitude E5410 service manual shows that the following processors can be used: Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 series, as well as Intel Celeron and it is also shown in the manual that the processor can be removed (it is not soldered directly to the motherboard) . And a review of this laptop by "Notebook Review" indicates that "The Latitude E5410 offers a wide range of processor options, spanning from the Core i3 370M to the Core i7 620M."

Although I do not know which processor you presently have in your laptop, I would say that it can be upgradeable from a Core i3, or Core i5 to a Core i7 620M processor.

Home screen is at a sideways position


Try pressing Ctrl+Alt + UP Arrow Key, or try Ctrl + Alt + and a different Arrow Key.

If that does not work: Right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.

Just download and install the utility and your laptop should pick up the printer no problem.

When shopping for a computer game, the minimum hardware requirements are listed on the game box. You can not upgrade the graphics since it is integrated into motherboard.

First of all make sure you are not in the "Safe mode". To adjust your display setting to a better resolution, you can right click on the background, and a small screen will apear, then go down to personalization and click it. It will pop up a window and on the left side, there should be a "display" and you want to click this and switch to the display screen, and still on the left panel there is this " adjust resolution" click this and adjust your resolution to a higher resolution. Saying that, if your computer running kinda low, then it's probraly all that dell preinstalled programs. You might want to also check your system spec in the windows system information to see if you are getting the full specs. If you are, then it's gotta be the preinstalled programs. I have a i5 450m gateway laptop 4gb of ram, and brand new it lagged more then my i3 dell studio which wasn't preinstalled with bunch of crapwares.

download 2 freeware utilities malwarebytes and trojan remover and run scans using these utilities.once they finishes the scans it will give you the option for removing the infections.
once it is done restart the system and the system will be fine.
