It is Not in Options....
To Switch Back to Previous Version of Yahoo Mail do this:
1. Click Help in the Upper Left-hand side of the Beta Mail screen.
2. Scroll down, click Return to Original Mail/Leave the Mail Preview
3. When you reach the Confirmation window, Complete the form, then click Continue.
4. Allow the mail page to Reformat.

You will then be returned to the Previous Version of Mail.

Should it be switched to "All-New Mail" - merely do this:
1. click Options at right side of mail page
2. click Mail Options
3. click Switch to Classic
4. Allow the Mail Page to Reformat to Classic Mail..

Login to your yahoo! mail account.

Click "help" on the upper left of the screen.

Then Choose "Leave the main preview"

It will ask you for a feedback, but you can just say "other" and click continue.

Now you are on Yahoo! Mail classic again!

Hope this helped. =)

I want to go back to my yahoo mail classic, how can i do it, Thank you.

As of May 2011, there are three versions of the free Yahoo! Mail available: a "classic" version, a standard version and a beta release of the latest Yahoo! Mail. While the company promises that the newest version is faster and better than its predecessors, some people may still prefer to switch back to more familiar territory after giving the new one a trial run. You can switch back and forth between the beta version and the one you currently use during the beta phase of the latest Yahoo! Mail.

Switching from Yahoo! Mail Beta
1.Log in to Yahoo! Mail Beta.
2.Click "Help" on the top left of the page.
3.Click "Return to Original Mail." A message will appear asking for your feedback on why you are switching back to the old Yahoo! Mail interface. Check the situation that applies to you and enter additional comments in the form. Leave it all blank if you do not want to give a reason.
4.Deselect "It's OK to contact me about my feedback" if you do not want Yahoo! to get in touch with you regarding your feedback. Otherwise keep it checked.
5.Click "Continue." You will be taken to the last version of Yahoo! Mail that you used before trying out the new beta.

Switching from Yahoo! Mail to Yahoo! Mail Classic

1.Log in to Yahoo! Mail.
2.Click "Options" on the right between "Mobile" and 'Help."
3.Click "Mail Classic..." A message will appear saying, "You're about to switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic. Before you do, we'd love your feedback."
4.Click the "feedback" link if you want to explain why you are switching to the classic version and fill in the form. Other

I WANT BACK MY OLD YAHOO BEC I DONT EVER LIKE NEW UPDATE THAT HELL OF IT...I WANT IT MY OLD SAME GO BACK TO CHATTAHOOCHEROKEE I HATE THIS TOO MUCH PROBLEM NEW YAHOO IA M NOT HAPPY FOR THIS MAKE ME HELL...

Yahoo is well aware of the issues people are facing with the new mail program. It is in BETA testing, so it's bound to have issues.

I have notified Yahoo of the recent complaints I have seen here, and have asked for advice regarding what to tell people who are experiencing these problems.

At this time, there is no option to return to Mail Classic. I am hoping that my email to Yahoo today will change that and give users an option to return to it, while the kinks are worked out with the new version.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with it, numerous others are as well, so you're not alone in this case.

I am working ******* getting a solution to these issues so I can relay the information to others on here.

Just have a little patience, these issues will be sorted out in time.

Thank you.

I want my old version of yahoomail back. The "new" version is no good. How can I do this?

I'm guessing email. You can flip back and forth from Classic:

"For sure! We made it super-easy to switch back whenever you want. You can switch up to the new and back to the old as often as you want. We hope you'll see how much the new Yahoo! Mail improves on the old version. But until you agree, here's how to switch back.

To go to the new Yahoo! Mail, just click "Options" in the upper-right corner of your Yahoo! Mail page. On the Options page that opens, the message " Yahoo! Mail Beta has arrived! Try it now!" appears in the upper-right corner, just below the "Options" link. Click "Try it Now!" to get to the new Yahoo! Mail.

To come back to the old Yahoo! Mail, under where it says "Welcome, yourname" at the top of your Yahoo! Mail page, there's a "Switch Back" link. Click "Switch Back" to go back to the Yahoo! Mail version you're already familiar with." Source(s): http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/or…

try to uninstall your new yahoo messenger and re-install the old one. if the new yahoo messenger was a beta version, dont install it again. there may be problems regarding that newer YM on your pc

1 way to find out is for you to use the old one, if it works, then the new one isnt for you..
