I believe that I need the first page of the User's Instruction Manual, as the description of the appliance refers to this in the manual - ie. it indicates that item 6 is the Froth regulator, item 20 is Espresso delivery switch etc. so I require a diagram indicating where these numbered items are located.

  • helenfalk May 19, 2011

Hi Tony, thanks for your answer but unfortunately it does not solve my problem. Pls see my comment under new post, and also I had already contacted DeLonghi, however as this is an older model, they no longer have the diagram I require. Thank you.

  • helenfalk May 19, 2011

    Hi again Tony,
I already have the manual, and if you look at the manual it refers to things like (fig 7) espresso pump switch, (fig 21) Steam switch etc - I need a diagram of where all these figured numbers are located. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for replying.

  • helenfalk May 19, 2011

Yes, Delonghi coffee machine model number EC750 is correct. Do you now understand what it is that I require?

  • helenfalk May 19, 2011

I too have researched all possible avenues on the net , including the suggested delonghi link you provided to try and obtain the page/diagram I require , all without success. I have also phoned delonghi and they cannot help either. That is why I decided to post on this site today. At this stage i do not require any replacement parts, as i cannot work out how the jolly machine works :-)
Thanks again for trying to help!

    Hi,
I have already contacted Delonghi and as this is not a current model, they no longer have the page I need. I already have the manual, and if you look at the manual it refers to things like (fig 7) espresso pump switch, (fig 21) Steam switch etc - I need a diagram of where all these figured numbers are located. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for replying.

    Hi,
I do not require any parts and I already have the manual, minus the page I require. If you look at the manual it refers to
things like (fig 7) espresso pump switch, (fig 21) Steam switch etc - I
need a diagram of where all these figured numbers are located. Sorry
for the confusion and thanks for replying.
    Thank you.

  • helenfalk May 19, 2011

Unfortunately the information I require was not available through the link provided.

  • helenfalk May 20, 2011

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have already accessed both of the sites you listed and spoken with Delonghi on the phone - none of which have provided me with what I require.
Delonghi advised me that as this is not a current model,
they no longer have the page I need. I already have the manual, and
if you look at the manual it refers to things like (fig 7) espresso pump
switch, (fig 21) Steam switch etc - I need a diagram of where all these
figured numbers are located. Thanks again.

  • helenfalk May 20, 2011

Thanks, but I already have these pages of manual (pages 12 - 17), and
if you look at the manual it refers to things like (fig 7) espresso pump
switch, (fig 21) Steam switch etc - I need a diagram of where all these
figured numbers are located......... maybe they are on the pages preceding page 12 which nobody seems to have access or links to.
    Thanks for your help.

  • helenfalk May 20, 2011

Please note that links on the Delonghi site provide pages 12 - 17 of the manual, and I already have these pages. I am guessing that the pages I require(with the diagrams), are those preceding page 12. Also, I have been in direct contact with Delonghi, and as this is an older model, they cannot provide me with the pages need. Thank you!

  • helenfalk May 21, 2011

    Hi DYIpro,
Thanks for the link, but I believe these are service diagrams, not user/manual diagrams.
IE The manual states. under "Heating Liquids" -Switch on the machine by pressing ON/OFF button (fig 4) - on the diagram you found, fig 4 is a clip which holds the milk tank in position. Another example is instruction manual it says "place the cup of coffee under the milk outlet (fig 18), which according to your link relates somehow to the water tank. There are many such discrepancies between the manual and the link you supplied.
Maybe if you looked at the actual manual and compared what they refer to, and compare it to the link you provided it will make more sense to you than the way I am describing the comparisons. Pls let me know if you are able to assist me further, as I will not "ask another expert " for a day or so, in the hope that you may be guide me to an appropriate solution.
Thanks again for your help so far!

  • helenfalk May 22, 2011

Thank you so much Andy, this is exactly what I required. Your assistance is very much appreciated :-)

  • helenfalk May 22, 2011

    Hi Andy,
Thanks again for resolving my issue! I am wanting to give you positive rating, but cannot figure out how to do so - can you pls advise? Also, why does my resolved issue not appear under the solutions tab for other people who may be searching for the same problem???........have I failed to do something after I "accepted" your solution which helped me?
PS. I guess you have figured that I am new to this site and am finding it a little challenging :-)
    Many thanks.
    Helen

I've been away from my computer for a couple days, my apologies for the delay in response.

I have not been able to find other documents relating to your coffee machine. I'm can only speculate why the numbering system differing - perhaps as you say is for a service technician, or the diagram differed when sold in certain markets. In any case, you now have what I believe to be what is readily available via the internet.

I wish you all the best.

Here is a link to the parts for your machine. But it does not have a schematic. You can get one by contacting customer service (for free) on the site.

  • Well, the reason the manual you have does not have a diagram is because it is a users manual. What you need is a service manual that will have the schematic and parts list for your maker. To get this you have to contact De'Longhi directly here http://www.delonghi.com/corporate_en/agency/ and they should send you one.

Regards, Tony

    • .You can download the entire users manual here http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instru... Just click on the PDG in the upper right hand corner of the pager. It will ask you to rate the item. rate it and click "download" and it will download the PDF in it's entirety onto your computer.

It would have been nice for you to give me a short time when you commented to respond as I always respond. I hope you reconsider a proper rating to my answering your solution now that I have a better understanding of what you need and have provided that solution. I will also type the list for you. I do apologize about the confusion.

You listed an EC750 correct? And you said you were looking for the first page of the users manual. I provided a link to the users manual. I wrote the list off of the first page of the users manual as you just stated you needed. So now what is it you are asking about?

  • Iron
    Iron May 19, 2011

Years ago they would combine a users manual and a service manual. Now they come separate and many times service manuals are with held by the companies so you have to go to them to get things fixed.

    • If all else fails this site here http://www.2instructions.com/search.php?... will track down the manual you need. You will want to specify the first half of the manual/ service manual. They will charge a fee but they will find it for you. I have been to every forum and manual site on the net. This manual seems to be a ghost.

    • Good luck to you.

I'm looking for the user manual for the delonghi de500 dehumidifier...

First of all, here is a direct link to the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for that model:

http://dl.owneriq.net/8/88e23cb9-80fb-4340-b43e-60b13037ea08.pdf

To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.
