It goes through all the cycles but no hot water comes out. Unit is two months old.

Have you tried brewing with no k-cup in the unit? If water comes out then the needle that punctures the bottom of the kcup needs to be cleared out. I use a paper clip and put it into the kcup holder where the puncture needle is. I move it up and down the hole until cleared out.

Ports are the needles that puncture the Kcups, one at the top and theother at the bottom. Clean as per the manual instructions.

Our cuisinart kcup coffee maker is leaking out the top of the machine. When it brews instead of a stream coming out of the pour spout, the machine leaks water all over the main brewing piece (where the k...

Take out the used kcup and GENTLY explore the holder fitting. There should be a sharp point in the bottom that punctures the bottom of the kcup to allow the brew to flow out the spigot and into your cup. There also needs to be a sharp point on the top to punch a vent hole for the water to enter. It they aren't both open, coffee and grounds will spray everywhere. Take it apart and clean thoroughly as well.

When I put the k cup in it starts to leak & the coffee is not coming through the k cup

If you are using a commercial k-cup, the spout that does the exit puncture may be clogged.

Take the k-cup holder out of the machine by holding the top rim with one hand and pressing up on the bottom of the assembly with the other (it should easily pop out) then rinse it really well and you will see the puncture mechanism on the bottom. It is a thin metal tubing that can get clogged. You can clean it out by gently using a toothpick or a small unfolded paperclip

If your problem is with a my-kcup, it might be a couple of things.

1. make sure you are using a course ground coffee... fine grind can block the filter
2. do not overfill... the my-kcup only holds about 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee... if the little basket is more than 3/4 of the way filled, there is no where for the water to go so it will pour out over the top of the assembly rather than pressing through the coffee.

My Keurig B70 will not dispense the coffee. I have cleaned it, cleaned the needle, etc. but it still won't work. If I turn it off and on two or three times it finally will pump...taking longer and...

did you clean both top and bottom needles? Did the paperclip insert at least 1".

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

Our Platinum Keurig will not pump water. The motor makes 3 kind of grinding noises and then silence. I have cleaned out the jet with a pin, so it is not that

there are two needels. one enter the top of the KCup and the other the bottom.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage
