To restore your ipod to its original settings, hook up your ipod to your PC via USB. In itunes click on your ipod on the left side and it should bring up the setting for your ipod. There is an option that will allow you to restore your ipod back to its factory settings but will erase everything on your ipod including all music on it.

If you would like to remove your visa card from your itunes you can log onto your account from your pc and should be able to change your payment options from the itunes store.

Unlock disabled ipod touch

The only way to unlock the iPod touch is to do a full wipe/recovery in iTunes. Reboot the iPod into recovery recovery mode by plugging it into the computer, hold both power and home buttons until the iPod turns off, then keep holding the home button but let go of power until iTunes says it detected an iPod in recovery mode. Use iTunes to restore the iPod and set it up.

Itouch disabled

When your iPod Touch displays a message telling you to connect it to iTunes, it may be in recovery mode, or have been disconnected in the middle of an update.
To get rid of the screen, you must reset your device. If in passcode mode, an iPod Touch must be manually unlocked or fully restored to get back to the home screen.Forcing a Reboot
When your iPod Touch is stuck on a screen that is instructing you to connect with iTunes, a normal restart will probably not work, as the hard drive has become frozen.
You can still, however force the iPod to reboot using a process called resetting.
To reset an iPod Touch, hold down the "Sleep/Wake" and "Home" buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears, indicating that the device is rebooting.
When an iPod Touch reboots, it always goes back to the lock screen. Passcode mode will still be enabled.

Unlocking With the Passcode
If you know the passcode for your iPod Touch, slide the "Slide to Unlock" arrow and then enter your code on the next screen.
Upon entering your password, you will be directed to the device's home screen. If you enter the wrong password too many times, it will become disabled temporarily.
The iPod Touch can also be set to erase all content after 10 incorrect passcode attempts if you previously enabled this feature, don't attempt more than 9 entries.

Unlocking Without Passcode If you have forgotten the passcode to your iPod Touch, the only way to unlock the device is by restoring it.
Restoring an iPod Touch returns it to the factory settings, meaning that any settings, applications or music you added to the iPod are removed.
Once the device is restored, you can re-add your downloads and other information using the backup copies in your computer iTunes program.
The passcode setting will be disabled unless you manually enable it again.

Consideration

If you don't have a backup of your music and applications in iTunes on your computer, you can also download another copy from the iTunes Store or App Store on your device after a restore.
Any photos that are deleted during restore, however, will be lost forever if a backup does not exist.
Always back up your information via sync on a regular basis to avoid this problem.

iPods come in a variety of generations and models, including the nano, Classic and Touch. Depending on your model you may be able to record video, play games or watch television.
If you're unsure of your device's model, you can determine which iPod you have by using your serial number.
After determining your model, you can find out which features and capabilities your iPod has.

Go to Apple's official website (see Link Below) and click the Support tab.

You can also find it in your iPod's About screen by clicking Settings and selecting About (or General followed by About on an iPod Touch).

Forgot password combination for ipod

It is possible to reset the iPhone back to the manufacturing default settings but this will format the hard drive. The good news is that you can restore all of your files from your itunes library.

The first step in the restore process is to turn off your iPod Touch.
Plug the iPod Touch into your computer and power it back on. Press the "Home" and "Sleep/Wake" buttons together until the Apple logo appears. At this point release the "Sleep/Wake" button but continue holding down the "Home" button. If all goes well the the iPod Touch should reboot, and iTunes should recognize that the iPod Touch is in recovery mode. Select "iPod Touch" in the source pane of iTunes.
At this point click "Restore" and follow the prompts to complete the restoration process.

I hope that information above has helped is some way.

Ipod in sleep mode

How to Enable Sleep Mode :
1. Access the main menu on your iPod
2. Go to the extras menu > clock
3. Select your current time ensuring that your timezone settings are correct
4. Select the Sleep Timer options
5. Select the time that you want your iPod to shut down

And if your iPod goes into Deep Sleep Mode then here is the answer to that :
Right "Deep Sleep" is a battery saving mode if the iPod is not touched in say a 18-24 hour period I think. It reboots (resets) coming out of this mode.

1) There are people reporting that they must always reset their iPod to turn it back on after shutting it off, they don't really mention deep sleep at all, search for "must always reset" or something along those lines

2) I'm not sure if this is documented anywhere specifically. It is a normal function of the iPod that we discovered somewhere along the line. Not sure where the first talk about it came from, you may find information on this searching "deep sleep" there was a hack to force the iPod immediately into deep sleep once upon a time.

3) Not exactly. If an iPod has gone into deep sleep, plugging it into the power will automatically start the reboot. In the case of buttons you should be able to touch a button and it will start to reboot, I have found with my 3G iPod it takes a very deliberate touch or two or three touches to the touch sensitive buttons to get it to wake up, but you shouldn't HAVE to do the reset command (i.e. menu/select button held down), if you do you may be looking at more of the original problemin #1
