check your ignition fuses but i think your problem is between your module and ignition switch if you got safty switches on there any one of them can cause that also.

Take the distributor cap have someone crank the car and look if rotor turns, look at rotor conditions, I am sure that you have replaced it, hot wire from positive on the battery to positive on the coil, if car starts after you have a problem on the key, Is it fuel getting to the injectors? after You replaced so many things,if your rotor is not turning when You crank the engine, your timing chain must be defective or timing gear,

May have no spark due to a bad crank sensor, which is responsible for spark when it gets a pulse through the cars' computer.

Are you sure battery is not worn out? you can have power in the battery but if it does not have 12 volts the starter will not work. If that's not the problem check the starter solenoid.

Toro timecutter starter

I think this is going to be like an automotive starter.
You will need to check 3 things.
The ring gear where the starter gear cranks the engine, the starter gear that engages the ring gear, and the overrunning clutch or bendix , which is the springy part that kicks the drive gear into the ring gear.
When you remove the starter from the engine, you will see the drive gear on the end of the starter that was inside the motor.
The drive gear is about the diameter of a half dollar or a silver dollar. it should not be chewed up, it should look like a good gear. Inside the place where the starter attaches, you should see a ring gear, with a flashlight, and those teeth should look good and not chewed up.
On the starter you removed, behind the drive gear and usually inside the starter is the bendix or overrunning clutch , which will push the drive gear into the ring gear when you crank the starter. These parts often fail every few years.
Some people fix them, most people replace the whole starter.
Be blessed.

Have same problem, turn key and does not crank

it is very possible that your battery cables are corroded or too small - this is a common problem with MTD machines, they cut costs by using cables that are marginal at best. i suggest replacing the battery cables, then you know that you're getting full battery power to the starting system. then you can check other things if that doesn't solve it. first rotate the engine by hand, sometimes the starter gear gets stuck in the flywheel. check the solenoid, pull the white [or yellow] wire from the solenoid, run a jumper wire from that terminal to the big terminal with the battery cable attached to it, it should crank the engine. if it doesn't crank, replace the solenoid. sometimes, there's a relay in the wiring harness that fails, but rare

Have a Mitsubishi starter for a small 3 cylinder (Toro Mower)

Removed starter and tested with new battery and jumper cables...starter worked fine. Replaced battery and cleaned cable attachments...unit started as usual.

When starter throws this would indicate that the interconnect circuits are intact..the engine still would not turn...that leaves the battery, the cable, or a siezed engine. The engine flywheel turned siezure. That left only the battery and cable. Battery was 3 years old...cable was corroded...bad combination. Battery was replace and corrosion removed from the cable terminals...started first crank.
