Well I just bought the Logitech ls21 2.1 speakers and subwoofer and I am having a few problems. A small problem is that I think something may be wrong with the wiring. The speaker output only works if I put pressure on the cable that connects it to the subwoofer. The main problem is that the sub barely works at all, even on full volume. I have went through the instructions to set up the product, so I do not think that is the problem. Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Or is my product just defected?

Logitech Z5500 5.1 speaker system Hi, Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? there is no sound coming from the subwoofer or the speakers, but when I connect my mp3 player to the pod...

Try pulling the power from the unit for a few minutes, the reconnect. Make sure you've got the surround settings correct. If that doesn't do it, you've likely popped the amp or the amp's power supply in the sub box.

Hi all, I also purchased a logitech x-540 a few days ago and also have the center speaker outputting sound when i test or play the subwoofer. I didn't think this is normal and am now confused. Maybe its a problem with the audio drivers? MB is a ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 with Soundmax drivers. Hopefully someone can help to diagnose/ find a soluytion.

Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Portable Speakers for Apple iPod . It keeps shutting off after a few minutes. It's plugged into a wall outlet.

Many have reported the same issue, reset the pure-fi with the reset switch (on bottom) while it is turned on, then put your iphone/ipod at 75+ % of volume before/while playing.

Speaker stops after a few minutes

I was having the same problem but I seemed to solve it by having the laptop volume maxed and using the dock to control volume. I think that it has a sleep function where if it is not getting a signal it powers off and for some reason the laptop isn't putting out a strong enough signal to keep it awake. Maxing the laptop volume seems to give it a constant enough signal so that the problem went away.

Subwoofer and center box problems with Logitech X530

Hi Sainty,

this is just a shot in the dark, but have you attempted to play around with your sound driver's configuration? I'm unfamiliar with the newer Nforce stuff, but try looking around in the sound manager Nvidia uses. It sounds like it's been configured to swap speakers. (As an example, I'm using the realtek audio manager on an asus p5k-vm board myself, and the option shows up as "Swap Center/ Subwoofer Output" in my configuration.)
