Question about HP Photosmart C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When this type of problem occurs the first thing to look at is the feed rollers. These are the round wheels that pull the paper in to the printer. New/Good working order they should be rough and have a tread on them like a tire from your car
After prolonged usage, just like the tread from the car tire, these wear down and can cause the rollers to slip and not grip properly.
I would suggest checking to see if they need replacing.
Hope this helps!
