SOURCE: Error code
The unit did not reach it's full fill level after 10 minutes.
Check that water is not siphoning out as quickly as it fills. The drain hose must go up and attach under the counter top or go through a hole in the cabinet at, or near the counter top prior to connecting to the drain under the sink.
Also check that water is coming in at a sufficient level. Check the water shut off under the sink to be in the full open position. The screen in the water valve could be blocked, or the valve itself could be bad. If no water is coming in at all, make sure there is nothing (silverware) under the float. If not, suspect a bad valve.
**Remove power from the appliance prior to attempting any repairs.

The error 1E usually means some problem with the inlet water system. Could as simple as the inlet hose filter is clogged, water pressure is low, inlet solenoid is faulty or worse the sensor detecting level of water in dishwasher is faulty and is telling the dishwasher that it is not filling up.
Do you have any water at the base when the fault comes on?
