My 6300nokia mobile phone was not recognizing sim card

Hi, have you tried using different Sim Card to check if the issue is related to Sim Card.? These issues happen due to Sim Card chip has damaged inside. If the same error displayed even after using working Sim Card, try to insert properly or the Phone's Sim Card Slot pins have not conducting properly to the Sim Card, in this case Service might be required to the Cellphone.

When i insert a sim card brought in in 2008 in panasonic A100 it shows sim card error....but the phone works well with sim cards brought before 2006... what is the problem?? can i make my new sim work...

Hi I'm afraid you can't. Pana A100 is very old model and was discontinued in 2004. It had support for 2G SIM cards (3.5V) meanwhile most new SIMs are 3G and/or with different voltage (1.8V).

SIM card not valid

Hi thee, I list here the possible reasons for "Sim card not valid"

1 - The phone is locked to a different network. In this case the phone usually accept the sim card the same , and has no network, but sometimes it may return the error message. Unlock the phone at a local shop.

2 - the SIM card is faulty. Test the card on a different phone to find out.

3 - The phone is faulty. Test the phone with different Sim cards, if the Phone returns same error on all cards, then the phone is faulty.
