We have a Whirlpool refrigerator model #ET1MTKXKQ01, water is fillling the drawers, and bottom of refrig. We have taken the bottom liner out of the freezer and there is a layer of ice there. What is our problem?

I understand that you are getting puddles of water in the back of one of the bottom shelf and in one of the vegetable drawers in your Frigidaire refrigerator. I suggest putting the crisper drawer control on the Hi humidity setting. This should allow more moisture to escape out of the drawer and not cause as much puddling. Also, check your water filter and make sure it is not leaking, as well as any moisture from the ice maker. If further troubleshooting is needed, I ask that you please leave the model number of your washer. Typically, you can find this number inside your refrigerator on the liner walls. Hope this is helpful.

That is a broken thermostat control part number 67003000 when they stop they can break while on or off. Sea Breeze

not familiar with the model but newer models have a channel that feeds the tubing through the door. older ones you would remove the liner and feed it through. only done it once and was years ago..sorry not more helpful..good luck! :)

When the refrigerator goes into defrost mode there is a drain tube that allows water melted off the evaporator coil to go into the drain pan that you found empty. That drain tube is clogged.

Possibly your defrost drain found inside the freezer back wall is blocked. If you could send me the model number I could help you better. Thanks, Sea Breeze

• Beside Compressor Door On Right End
• Near Rear Of Cabinet

It appears the defrost drain inside freezer is blocked or the drain tube leading to pan near compressor is clogged I would unplug refrigerator and remove the back panel in freezer to examine the drain and get back with me to let me know what you find, also get model number for your refrigerator so I can help you better. what's the model number send the full model number off of the machine

pull the funnel tube out of the back wall and clean the drain that goes out the back wall of the refrig section
