The model you have is Japan-Only model, not supported in US. Sony Japan's website is in Japanese. Unless you can read it it may be useless to you. You sound is Signa Tel High Definition Audio Codec Click on the link below for your driver. If not go Sony's website to access the link for Japan. Have a look in device manager
Press the Windows key (bottom left of the keyboard} and at the same time press the R key, now in the search box that appears - type devmgmt.msc
have a look under imaging systems click on the + sign and see if you have a Camera listed
Also on Sony they should have supplied an application for the camera maybe called ArcSoft WebCam Companion - see if you have that program folder - listed at all
