Question about Car Audio & Video
First what device are you refering to? To get the user manual for your device simply type the make and model of your unit on google and add user manual to the search. From the list of results which will come you should be able to get the user manual downloaded..
Then the USB thing the problem there is the connection on the unit. The way it was connected does not allow any power to the unit when the car is turned off therefore the place the USB stops when the car is turned off does not get saved. get an expert to check the connection.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
