No, neither: the power source is a very simple one that just shuts down if there is a damage (so no fuse) and the control processor is hardware preprogrammed (so no reset button).
If the unit is dead then there is a hardware defect - a part inside it has failed, most likely in the power source since not even the lights are on. To fix that the unit will have to be opened and the components checked, starting with the continuity of the power cable and the working status of the power button.
Some basic experience in electronics is required, if you don't have it then take it to a repair shop.
