Mike, a 12/12 pitch is 45 degrees. You may have to use a little math to figure out how far down to hang the 44" fan to keep from hitting the angle of the ceiling. Geometry specifically. Remember the A sq + B sq = C sq for figuring the hypoteneuse of a right triangle?? If the ceiling fan is 44", the base (A) of the right triangle is 22" with NO CLEARANCE to the angled ceiling. A 45 degree angle dictates the base and the height are equal, so height (B) of the triangle is also 22" with NO CLEARANCE. If you want a few inches of clearance, extend the height by 4" and there should be enough clearance to allow the fan operation.

I would suggest playing with the figures before you buy the extension rods though. The simple answer to you question remains however...45 degrees.

These are not the same, so cannot be directly converted.

Pounds per sq ft is a measure of pressure, while lbs / cu ft is a measure of density, weight per unit volume.

I think maybe what you are doing here is converting the weight of concrete in a 1" slab, where a sq ft would contain

1 x 1 x 1/12 = .0833 cu ft

The figure of 150 lb/ cu ft is correct for the average density of concrete, so the above slab would have

1/12 x 150 = 12.5 lbs/sq ft at 1" thickness

BTW that is a thin slab of concrete, insufficient even for a light-duty pathway. If you are referring to a screed for tiling or similar, that is cement.

It depends on the width of the individual boards. In 12" width you will need 800 lineal feet.A formula you can use is Width in ft ...such as (width in inches divided by 12) such as 8in divided by 12 = .66666 ..............then , in this example...800 divided by .66666= 1,200.012 if using any width board, just find the decimal equivalent for the width , then divide the total Sq.Ft by this decimal equivalent to obtain your answer in lineal feet needed. Consider a room 8 ft by 10 ft. The floor area is 80 square ft. What's the volume of the room in cubic feet (let's not worry about converting to meters yet). Well, that depends on the height of the ceiling, doesn't it? If the ceiling is 8 ft high then the volume is 640 cubic feet. If the ceiling is 12 ft high then the volume is 960 cubic feet. Without that third dimension, you can't calculate the volume.

if you are talking about a home it is huge. But sq. footage is calculated by multiplying width by depth{ or height}. a room 100' x 39' would be 3900 sq./ft. a 10'x10' is 100 sq./ft.
