What you need to do is the following:

Click on Start, select Run, type msconfig in the Run text box then click on OK.

Next select the Startup tab when msconfig opens. Look in the list for eRecovery Service and uncheck it.

Select Apply and then OK.

It will pop a message that a restart is required for changes to take effect.

Restart the system.

This may or may not completely fix the "INT15 Error eRecovery must be terminated" error message.

If it doesn't, go back into msconfig/startup and look to see if PCMService has been unchecked.

If so, recheck it, select apply and OK, then reboot.

Let me now if this fixed your problem!

Solve black screen after windows bootup

After logging on there is no desktop, task bar, system tray or side bar. Instead you are left with a totally black screen and a single My Computer Explorer window. Even this window might be minimized making it hard to see.
1. Restart the Computer and login with the login and password that you use.

2. If the black screen appears and there is no icon visible on screen, Press the “ALT + CTRL + DEL” keys on the keyboard together.

3. A windows will appear with option to launch Task Manager, Simply Launch Task Manager.

4. On Task Manager, go to Application Tab and Click on New Task

5. Now type "explorer.exe" in the task window and click run.

My taskbar does not appear when I am viewing web pages

It sounds like you have your task bar set to auto hide. I'm not too familiar with this brand of laptop but if you are using windows you should be able to follow these instructions to fix this. If you know how to get to the control panel (start menu) and click on appearance and themes there should be a task bar and start menu icon there. Click on that icon and select how you want your task bar to be displayed.

Desktop Error Message

Probably this is a spyware, use a good anti spyware or do the following:

Run Process Explorer (right click on task bar>task manager>Processes) and Kill the Following Processes:
wscript.exe
dxdlg.exe (kill this one first)

Run Autoruns and under logon tab, remove
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wscript.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\boot.vbs
Search for entries named wproxp and remove it

Remove the following files from your PC:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dxdlg.exe
wproxp.exe (Most probably in your system32 or windows folder)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\boot.vbs
