SOURCE: need drivers webcam for windows 7

Currently there aren't any drivers for your computer with Windows 7. Dell only offers drivers for your computer with Windows XP or Windows Vista. I would try using the Creative Labs Webcam Driver they have for Vista. Since many things about Vista & 7 are similar, often the drivers for Vista will work with Windows 7. Go to dell.com, enter the model of your computer, choose Vista as your operating system, then go to Input Devices, choose the Creative Webcam and download the driver to your desktop (I suggest against using Dell's Download Manager, just download via your browser like you usually would). Then install the driver. With any luck your will be up and running with your webcam.

SOURCE: Hi there, I upgraded from Windows

If your windows 7 is 32 bit (very important), then go here choose 32bit. download the camera driver. check your camera''s PID code before and make sure that it is listed in the supported PID code listed.
infact even all other drivers are listed. uninstall the one you have now and install that one. If your windows7 is 64 bit, then go here, choose 64 bit and do same procedure as above.

Hp elitebook 6930p webcam not working

LOL, yeah it's plugged in, but probably not compatible with Windows 7. You need to search HP's website for a windows 7 webcam driver for your model computer or you need to try getting it from Chicony's website.

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "HPSupport" or "Chicony Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the drivers. You might also try Driver Guide for a Chicony Windows 7 driver at:http://www.driverguide.com

Monopoly platinum collection cd will not work. It states that we do not have indeo codec for windows 7. It says contact hasboro for this info. Any suggestions

Actually Indeo Codec isn't supported for Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Mac operating systems.A long time ago they were supported but the Ligos Corp discontinued using it.Here's an article about the Indeo Codec http://www.ligos.com/index.php/home/support/indeosupport .Indeo Codecs are not compatible with any 64-bit version of Windows operating systems. Ligos decided that when Windows 7 was born that Indeo Codecs were no longer going to be supported. Ligos asked that anyone that had the Indeo Codec contact Microsoft support http://support.microsoft.com/ to get the latest version of Indeo Codecs that may already have been installed on computers. But remember that Indeo Codecs IS NOT supported/compatible with any version of Windows 7. Ligos Corp only distributes the Indeo software for legacy applications still requiring its use in Windows 95, 98, ME, XP and NT/2000 operating systems.Personally I have never had a problem playing a game on my husband's Windows 7 64 bit laptop but we've always used a certain codec pack http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Encoders-Converter-DIVX-Related/ACE-Mega-CoDecS-Pack.shtml .When you install the codec pack pick the professional version installation of it....it gives you everything all the codec you need to watch/play anything.Make sure every type of codec/file association is checked.Scroll all the way down until you see something about antivirus...you may uncheck that...if you keep it checked.after the software install it will run a virus scan. The option is up to you.GOOD LUCK and have fun claiming Monopoly properties. :)

My windows could not play mpeg 4 or mp4 format..does a k lite codec could help?

You may want to install the codec pack from the link below, to ensure you have all the codecs required to run all video formats.

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm

If this still doesn't help, you may need to reinstall your Windows Media Player (or other media software), and then apply the codec pack again.

Sometimes the program freezes or closes and the output video files can not be played . "cannot render the file " is the error displayed on media players. Even VLC . Please help, since i have...

If you are using Windows OS, try installing the Codec Pack i.e. "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack" latest version from http://www.free-codecs.com/

You have not mention your AV formats for your videos or the type of device for recording your videos.

Hope it helps.
