Phoenix Gold Octane-R 15.0:1

I have a Phoenix Gold Octane-R 15.0:1 and it has burned some components to the point that I can not identify them. Is there a schematic that would identify all the components so that I can replace them. If anyone has a wiring schematic, please let me know.

PG won't release schematic diagrams. Are the burned components resistors? If so, what are their circuit board designations (Rxyz)?

Amp problem, need help!!!

Sounds like one of two problems: either your subs are beginning or have gone bad, or you amp is going bad. What size power and ground wire are you using? You should be using at least a 4 gauge for both. Also what impedence are you running with the amp, ie; 4ohm mono, 2ohms stereo, etc?

Please help

That depends on what impedence the subs are. If they are 4 ohms each then just parallel them to the amp + to + and - to - on both of them that will give you a 2 ohm mono load which is fine for that amp.

Wiring diagram

The LEd wires need a wire run from the speaker to the Fuse block in your car. The small Red wire from the LED will be the one that hooks to Swtiched 12 Volts supply on the fuse block so that your Led Turns on when you turn the keyswitch on. The Black wire goes to ground, or to a metal part of your cars body, probably the same point where your Amp is Grounded.

The Octane R10 is a Single Voice Coil or SVC.
AMP+ to Sub+
Amp- to Sub -
Use 12 guage wire.
