U11 is inability to drain. Check your filter. Check your outlet hose. If you can blow down it, then your pump's jammed. I just found headless metal rivet type pin in the pump. Take the drain flap off, and remove the screw. This whole width panel now moves off to the left.Lean the machine on it's side, take off the black plastic plate. Remove the two screws from either side of the filer on the front. Pump is now loose. Remove the three screws on each pump and check if anything is stuck in the impellers.

Refitting is the reverse.

I know this is an old post, but someone may find this useful!

Panasonic microwave S333 just stopped suddenly. I see on the internet that this has happened to others after about 2 yrs use. Any solution suggestion is appreciated.

Did it show an error code in the display?
If it showed H-98 or similar the magnetron has failed.
It is not a customer repairable item. Take it or have an Authorised Panasonic service centre look at it.

Assuming that you mean the whole unit goes off as if you unplugged it then the problem sound like the incoming power//you say that if you moce the cable then it comes on untill you try to use it //replace the whole cable from plug into the machine

H98 error message. Micowave not heating, stops after 37 seconds

HI. in most cases, this will lead to a failed Heating device(magnetron tube). It would be wise to check the Magnetron cutoff fuse to be sure of its integrity. if the fuse is blown, simply replace it. if the fuse continues to show continuity, replace the magnetron.

(((The fuse is located inside the unit along side the magnetron)))

Hi there. I have a panasonic mocrowave model no. NE-1037 When i turn it on almost everytime it gives me an error warning Error code F33 How do i stop this and why does it happen? Regards

F33 is usually a code indicating a faulty ground to the control board.
The usual culprit is the top screw that holds the control panel assy in place. Remove that screw, clean around the screw hole and lightly sand the area to insure a good ground. If you have one, install a star washer on the screw, replace, and tighten really well.
That will usually fix your problem!
