You can replace it yourself by buying a replacement screen online (like repairsuniverse.com, don't buy of ebay!!), and find a step by step DIY guide, but I wont recommend that you do so without experience (you can cause more damage.
Search for a local repair shop in your area (on craigslit and google).
Don't go to your carier or HTc because they will charge you an arm and a leg plus they will void your warranty (if you still have it).
