Please check to see if the disc is bent(worped)(over heated) or take out the pads and put some coppereze on the back of the pads ( metal side) or check the wheel bearing

my guess is the wheel bearing. jack the rear tire off the ground and try shacking the tire. if you have any play your bearing could be bad.did you hear a hum from the same wheel. wheel bearings will hum before they start grinding

Pulsar 150 cc DTSi bike. Some sort of sound is coming infront of my bike when it runs in the rough roads. Kind of sound like some part are moving infront of my bike. What is this noise ?

This could be a number of things causing this problem.
The best thing to do is put the bike up on a bike stand so that the front is of the ground. Then pull and push the front forks to check there is not wear in the steering neck bushes.
Also check your wheel bearings that they are not rumbling when you spin the front wheel.
Check these 2 areas and let me know how you get on.

Noisy car

It could be many things including one or more wheel bearings but your description of the noise is vague. Only a hands-on inspection by an experienced person will find the culprit.
