F9,E0 error I cleaned the pump filter and hoses found debris in both. When I run the machine on quick wash with no clothes it works fine. When I put clothes in and wash the error returns

Need model number
F09 -
Overflow Condition (Pressure Switch Closed Too Long) - Check to make sure drain hose is not plugged or kinked and unplug the unit and disconnect power. Check wire harness connections to pressure switch, drain pump, and Central Control Unit (CCU). Check for drain pump failure and clean it of any debris. Check the inlet valve and pressure switch for proper shut off and operation. Replace failed component. Note: If this error occurs, the door will remain locked and the drain pump will run constantly even if 'cancel' is selected. Turn off hot and cold water to faucets and unplug the unit before proceeding.

How do I install a new Handle/Latch assembly on the door of a Whirlpool LHW0050PQ 4 Wash Machine...have to remove present one as broken---pull handle door catch does not release---have to release putting a...

I had to replace part No 8182408 - the washing machine door handle. There is a plastic bar in the middle of the assembly that broke because the door was opened too hard.

There are two springs, the latch, and the plastic piece that brings it all together. The smaller spring is the key, call it the L spring. It is shaped like an L and goes around the ends of the latch. The other spring is the larger and straight and goes around the tops of the plastic piece. The straight spring goes in with the crossbar facing on the outside of the washer. The latch with the L spring fits in between the plastic crossbar with the U shaped end pressing against the latches inside bar. The antenna of the L spring needs to wrap around the plastic bar and fit inside the straight spring bar. This applies pressure on the latch to stay closed. When the handle is pulled, it releases the pressure and allows you to open the door. The Metal bar is used to hold all the pieces together and once you have the alignment right, put it back into the door with the straight spring antenna tucked in the spots on the door, as well as the metal bar ends. Screw in the two spots that holds the assembly in place and you will be set. The door should open and shut easily.

Hi-Temp Wash, Hi-Temp Rinse, or Sanitize options.
Some models have options that may require a water heating delay, such as Hi-Temp Wash, Hi-Temp Rinse, or Sanitize. Additional time may be required to heat the water to the proper temperature. The dishwasher will continue to circulate water during this heating delay but the timer will not advance until the proper temperature is reached

Since your machine is not giving an error code, your problem is probably a defective door switch. They fail fairly often in your model. It's an easy repair, at least! The electrical switch is what "catches" the latch (striker) from the door and holds the door shut during operation. To replace, first remove the top lid by removing the two screws in the back and sliding backward. ( Looking down from the top/front, you can see the switch.) Then, remove the two screws holding the door switch from the front of the machine. This will allow you to bring the door switch up. Note how it's wired and reconnect the wires the same way, one at a time, to the new switch. Replace the two screws from the front, reinstall the top lid, and you are ready to wash!! Good luck.
