Question about Garmin GPS
It could be the fuse in the charger cord. On the end of the plug, that goes into the cigarette lighter socket, there's a ring, usually silver coloured but black on some. Unscrew the ring and the plug will come apart. Be careful not to lose the silver tip. Take out the fuse and replace it with another which can be got from car accessory shops or most shops that sell garmin satnavs.
If this doesn't solve the problem you can get a new charger lead from https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=1371
