Windows can hide fonts, based on your input language settings, in programs that allow you to select a font. You can let Windows
show and hide fonts automatically, or you can choose to see all of the
fonts installed on your computer in your programs. For information
about input language settings, see Add or change an input language.
Open Fonts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts.
In the left pane, click Font settings.
Make sure that the Hide fonts based on language settings check box is selected. If it's not, select it, and then click OK.
To see all installed fonts in your programs, clear the Hide fonts based on language settings check box, and then click OK.
