Question about Lexmark C912 Led Printer
The proper color alignment is in the Config settings. This should only be done a certified tech. Can really screw things up bad if you don't know what you're doing. I am a Lexmark Tech.

I re-cleaned cups and wiper between cups with syringe and meth. spirits. Also realised that the cartridges that I had tried that hadn't printed could have melted the jets, so found an old one , filled it right up, then withdrew at least 2cc with refill kit tools. Prints fine now.
There was a lot of sticky ink residue on the wiper (what I assume the strip between the two rest cups is) that could have blocked jets.

Go into the control panel. Select printers. Move the mouse over to the printer icon. Press the right mouse button. Select properties. Select printing preferences. This is where it changes my mfg but make sure that print in grey scale isn't checked off or any other settings in the finish section that would disable you from printing in color.
If that doesn't work, it could be the contact points going to the cartridge on your printer. It could be the ribbon cable. If these are the case you should take it into a shop to specifically pinpoint what the problem is.

due i have also same problem..but the problem is that there was a slot of toner which is broken thats why its come.the main problem is that we cant by the slot alone..so have to by the total toner!!damn

The problem could be caused by the photoconductor units. Try to swap the affected photoconductor units (like swap the magenta with black and cyan with yellow). If problem still occurs, then the photoconductors need replacement. I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for assistance. Thanks
