It seems that you have problems with your video card, that's a common problem with many HPs. Better go to a service center to fix it. And, the laptops aren't for gaming, if you want to play, buy a desktop.

Processor cannot run with its full potential due to heat. You need to remove dust and turn off your system for a while. Once you turn on your system, you can speed it up by:

-- cleaning system junk
-- optimizing computer services
-- optimizing internet
-- repairing registry
-- defraging registry
-- clearing browsers junk

do these things with some secure tool such as Intel Software Partner Reginout.

Thanks

The Five time - waster games

5 great time-waster gamesYou've got ten minutes left on your lunch hour, so what do you do?
69053_145x90_games_f.jpg a) Get back to work early to impress the boss.
b) Talk to that annoying coworker in the cubicle next to you.
c) Click away at a great game that relieves tension and leaves a smile on your face.
Naturally, you choose "c" because there are so many delicious digital diversions out there in cyberspace that are perfect for well, wasting time. These easy-to-learn games don't require a lengthy commitment, so they're ideal for when you need a quick pick-me-up.
Below are a few recommended games that can satisfy your craving for diversion. All of these picks are shareware, so they're free to download and try but require you to pay a small fee if you continue to use them. Each game is suitable for players of all ages.
Insaniquarium Deluxe
PopCap Games
timewaster_fish.jpg Strange and strangely addictive, Insaniquarium challenges you to feed a growing number of fish, collect all the coins that they drop, and unlock unique pets as you advance through more than 20 play levels. The problem is, each fish requires special food that you must purchase with coins, or else you'll find them belly up in the tank. You must also buy upgradeable weapons to protect your school from nasty aliens. You can use this demo for 60 minutes, after which you have to buy the full version if you want to continue to play. What does your money get you? You'll get unlimited play, plus four variations on the game (including a timed mode and a cute screensaver), and four tanks to splash around in.

Moraff's MoreJongg
Software Diversions, Inc.
timewaster_marjong.png Based on the ancient tile game of Shanghai, this classic puzzler asks players to correctly match and remove two similar tiles from a pile—but only the ones on the top and sides are accessible. The goal is to clear the entire screen, but you must use strategic tactics since there's more than one match per tile design and you can't render the tiles underneath inaccessible. Gamers can choose from various tile layouts, background art, tile sets, and cursors.

SolSuite
TreeCardGames
timewaster_cards.jpg If you're still playing the Solitaire games that are bundled with Windows, you don't know what you're missing. SolSuite is a free download that contains a whopping 455 solitaire card games, such as Klondike, FreeCell, Pyramid, Monte Carlo, Spider, Golf, Canfield, and Forty Thieves. This collection also contains a few original Solitaire variations that you won't find elsewhere. Along with its pick-up-and-play accessibility, this set of games enjoys a number of features such as a "show a legal move" command, game demos, extensive rules, and customizable backgrounds.

Aqua Bubble 2
Realore Studios
timewaster_aqua.jpg This addictive game challenges players to launch colored bubbles at other colored bubbles as they move toward the bottom of the screen. When three or more bubbles of the same color touch one another, they pop and disappear. If the bubbles touch the bottom, the game's over. The cannon that shoots the bubbles can be rotated side to side, so part of the strategy is to use the walls to bounce the bubbles into hard-to-reach areas. Along with cute graphics, music, and sound effects, Aqua Bubble 2 adds special powers, such as the ability to temporarily freeze bubbles to prevent them from descending.

Superball Arcade
Cheeky Monkey Software
timewaster_4.jpg This program is a new combination of old games like Breakout, Arkanoid, Asteroids, and Pinball. The goal of the first level is to prevent a ball from touching the floor by catching it with a paddle that you control with your mouse. The twist is that you're periodically besieged by falling cows and flying wolves. Each level promises something different and quite unexpected.

The wild pieces can be anything in the game. If you have the tile that the wild is representing, you can swap out for it

We play Rummikub all the time. We wore the numbers off one set so bought a whole new game. One of the pieces is marked wrong. The Black 3 is not in the upper area where it is supposed to be, it is off...

we don't make Rummikub - we just try to help.
Try Googling the makers name - find out who made it and e-mail them with a polite request.
GOOD LUCK

Rules for board game- word rummikub please

Complete words may be placed on the table, or letters can be added to current words. Words already on the table can be broken apart and the letters used to form new words as long as at the end of a player's turn he has added at least one new tile, all letters on the table have been used to form valid, unique words, and the longest new word contains at least one letter from his rack.

. his Rummikub game is based on the same principles of Rummikub, where your objective is also to form sequences by picking up Rummikub tiles and discarding those which do not help you come closer to this objective. Only that Rummikub Word does not have any numbers. Here the traditional numbers are replaced by letters. According to the rules of Rummikub Word, you no longer have Groups and Runs but only words. The objective of Rummikub Word is to accumulate points by forming the longest possible words. The point value of each letter in this fascinating online Rummikub game is as follows: A=10, B=2, C=4, D=4, E=10, F=2, G=3, H=3, I=7, J=1, K=2, L=7, M=3, N=6, O=8, P=4, Q=1, R=7, S=7, T=8, U=4, V=1, W=2, X=1, Y=2, Z=1 and Jokers=2.
Now you do not have to go and buy a Rummikub Work kit.

Although i wasn't able to find the exact rules for the card game, but here are the rules to the orginal game.

There are three variations of the game in which you will be playing:
American Rummikub - The simplest of the three versions of Rummikub and the most like traditional rummy games. Once you have learned the basics of American Rummikub, you can adapt what you know to the other rummy games if you choose, or you can vary it with your own rules.
Sabra Rummikub - This adds another facet to the more simple rules of the American version. It is also an easy game to learn, but the extra manipulation allowed makes it a bolder game with aggressive tactics. The action is often quick but demands that you think ahead and visualize the changing configuration of the tiles. There is a strict time limitation in which you will have to make fast and furious plays.
International Rummikub - A highly sophisticated variation of this game, which bears a strong resemblance to Mah-Jongg. It is a challenge to complete a variety of winning patterns and combinations. The scoring is unusual and the ever-changing possibilities of play are thoroughly absorbing.
Both the dealing and the playing always go counter-clockwise. This is because this game, although originally conceived in Romania, really began its journey to the world in Israel, where in Hebrew everything reads backwards - from right to left. So, Rummikub always goes counter-clockwise because it is staying true to its roots.

With what you got above you probably should be easy able to adapt your own rules.

I have questions about Rummikub by Pressman Corporation

1. "Why stacks of seven? Is there significance to this?"
Actually a lot of games use 7 pieces/cards/... to start out, it has probably to do with being an ideal number to make combinations, not too many, not too few.... also if you deal them in stacks of 7, the shuffle will be as random as possible. For this game 1 stack of 7 is too little so we play with 14. Probably you'll find a symbolic reference too in history if you are willing to search for it... (sorry not enough time for that today ;-) but my first guess is that it has a connection to the amount of days and the believe in several cultures that 7 is a lucky number)

2. "After each players turn, does he draw from the pool to replace the number of tiles he used in that turn? Or, does the game end when a player uses all his original 14 tiles and any others he has been forced to draw by the only 2 examples given."
Edit: No, you only take 1 tile out of the pool if you're unable to lay a "meld"... but you don't have to replace the number of played tiles (my original answer according to the way I used to play: You replace the number of tiles used after your turn until there are no more. )

3. "In other words, can the game end with tiles remaining in the pool?"
edited answer: yes. (original answer: No, unless you alter the rules a bit... for example you decide to play for 30minutes max. (or you follow another playing-way!))

4. "The instruction sheet that I have states that it is Original Rummikub Playing Rules ''The Sabra Way''. Is there another way and instructions that I am missing?"
Yes, there are many other ways, the 2 other most common ways are:
"the American way"
Rules of Tile Games Rummikub

and the "International way"
Rules of Tile Games Rummikub

And ofcourse there are plenty of different ways. Just set the rules when you start to play...

PS3 GETS HOT AND WONT PLAY MY GAMES

Is your PS3 in an enclosed cabinet, or area where it can't get cool air circulated?
If it's somewhere that can get hot, that's your issue.  Generally, when a device such as a PS3 can't cool down, it shuts itself down from doing anything, to prevent hurting itself.
Try moving the console to a new location, where air can circulate around it.
