Question about Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional for PC
Sounds like a virus to me. If it doesn't work using the Adobe link there could be something going on with Windows. It's just a plug in.
Scan for viruses and see what happens. If you need one, go to Microsoft.com and use Windows One Care.
If you use One Care, it can find other problems going on with the computer that won't let it work properly.
