Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: I have a Welbilt Convection

It's quite difficult to get a replacement rotisserie spit. I suggest to a web-link of a supplier, where you may find the spare rotisserie spit as per your model number.
You need to contact with them at " http://www.gehousewares.com/Customer_Assistance.aspx". Here you will find how to order a spare part. Contact with them and follow the instruction.
Hope this will help you.

Yes i have a westinghouse ppl776 ceramic cooktop and can not regulate temperature on any control knobs ,plates run flatout, is the problem with the control knobs or hotplates

When this occurs the problem is always with the hotplate controllers. Has this happened to all hotplates at the same time or has it occurred over a certain time period?
