Disposal leaks are not repairable.
Once the metal rusts out, you replace it.

Location of leak is not known for sure.
Sounds like leak is where tubular drain pipe connects to side of disposal?
If leak is where disposal connects to sink, typically this connection is sealed using plumbers putty.

1) If leak is at rubber gasket for tailpiece connection on side of disposal:
I don't know if your local home depot sells gaskets. Probably not sold separately.

2) Go to home depot and take rubber gasket out of a new garbage disposal box.

3) Or buy new disposal with a gasket, use the gasket and return disposal saying that part was missing..

4) To seal old gasket, use rectoseal white pipe joint compound.
Cover the gasket with rectoseal and then assemble parts.
Open following link above for photo of rectoseal.
I always use rectoseal on tubular drain connections for 100% seal first time every time.

My badger 5 disposal is leaking from the side whats wrong

Check where leak is coming from.
1) Run water until leak starts. Use dry paper towel near top of disposal to see if sink strainer is leaking.
2) Move paper towel down and check where dishwasher connects to disposal.
3) Move paper towel down to tubular drain tailpiece.

4) Water should run down side of disposal if sink strainer, dishwasher connection or tailpiece are leaking. You can fix these problems using tips below.

5) If disposal is rusted out, then water will leak out of bottom or side of disposal body.
There are no repairs or repair parts for disposals.

If the disposal is leaking, then it is rusted out and needs replacement.
Check if the leak is dripping down from above.

Leaking at exit connection

Well you must have leak. You need to remove the clamp that is holding the hose to the disposal then remove the hose. check the end of the hose for splits or distortion you should have enough free play in the hose if need be to cut an inch or so off it if you see a problem just cut it stright across. Then look at the clamp if that dosn't look right bent or other wise damaged replace it. Some disposals however have a threaded connection in witch case take the connector apart and check for seals that are distorted or compressition fittings orings that are ripped. But these are all hardware store items that cost pennies. then reinstall and check for leaks

Water leaking by discharge tube

All you need to do is tighten the two screws on the discharge pipe (right on the side of disposal.) There is a gasket that needs tightening under the pipe fitting.

Water leaks from two locations on my Badger 5, 1/2 hp disposal

These holes are probably due to wear, as they are at about the level of the cutter. In general, residential disposals are not repairable and once they begin to leak, they must be replaced. The Badger series is Insinkerator's budget line and probably has about a 5 year lifespan with normal use.
